Backed by a versatile manufacturing workforce, we support a wide range of capabilities including fabrication, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, small engine repair, painting, equipment upfitting, overhaul, maintenance, and service. Our 185,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility just south of Chicago is also ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Our proprietary control system, Intelliweld^®, is used on our fleet of ~ 200 mobile flash-butt welders. Intelliweld^® ensures industry-leading weld quality by providing real-time monitoring, automated data collection, and the option for robust remote diagnostic support.

Highly-trained equipment operators and technical support specialists leverage Intelliweld^® to troubleshoot welders anywhere in the world, ensuring maximum quality, reliability and uptime.

Our full-service metallurgical laboratory conducts extensive testing and research. From developing weld programs for new rail types and chemistries to investigating weld performance, our lab helps accelerate innovation in flash-butt welding.

Engineers, metallurgists, programmers, and operators work together with the data provided by Intelliweld^® to constantly improve. Research and data from our fleet are reviewed to ensure optimal welder performance and directly inform updates to the control system, welder heads and MobileWelder^® designs.
